1. Return Window

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-sized bedding or specially altered products.

Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

Items that show signs of use, staining, or damage not caused by our error.
3. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for a full refund.

After Dispatch: If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to follow the return process once the item is delivered.
4. Return Shipping Charges

Defective or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, Vaasini Enterprises will cover all return shipping costs.

Customer Preference: For returns based on a change of mind or preference, a standard return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email or WhatsApp notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
6. Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
